Can I Really Lose 20 Pounds In A Month?

Since I doubt that what I'm about to tell you will be familiar to you let's start with why you want to lose 20 pounds in a month.

You're fat.

Or overweight or big boned or heavy (that's the one I always used...I'm heavy) or whatever you want to call it. Since I was just like you I decided I was going to take back the word fat. I was a fat guy. Because I'm really big (get it?) on taking the bull by the horns and confronting issues head on, I'm not afraid of the word any more. And, it could be because I'm a lot thinner now.

Listen, if you want to lose 20 pounds and really keep it off you need to stop and think about how your metabolism is using the calories that you consume. If you are overweight, it's because of how and when you're eating, as much if not more, as what you are putting in your body.

What if I could give a simple method of weight loss that was completely different than any other system available today? And here is the thing- you'll see a noticeable difference in less than two weeks. Well, I can.

Inside your brain is a control mechanism that releases hormones that control whether or not you burn or store fat. Obviously you want to be burning more and storing less. These hormones are directly controlled by what kind of calories you are taking in. You have to change around the things you are consuming. And you have to alter the times that you are taking them in. One of the things that will also have to change is the number of meals you eat every day. You'll actually need to eat more than three meals a day.
