I'm NOT going to talk about a bunch of diets where you will just end up being very hungry all day. You've probably tried those before and frankly they just don't work. There is absolutely no reason for you attempt something that is doomed for failure. You can easily lose 20 pounds of unsightly fat in a month or two without being hungry.
